Eduroam
The college has the facility via its Wireless (Eduroam) service to allow staff and students to securely connect their own device (laptop/tablet/smartphone) to our network to allow access to certain systems.
eduroam (education roaming) is a secure, international wireless service that is available to all staff and students at The Sixth Form College. eduroam also allows students and staff from participating institutions to connect to the internet at any paricipating eduroam establishment.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your device is kept up-to-date with relevant security and system updates.
When browsing the internet via your own device, you are still subject to the same policies and systems that govern what content is allowed to be accessed via the college.
IT Services will use its best endeavours to connect your device to our eduroam service, but there may be rare occasions when a device is not compatible with our system.
